REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration is free.

Registration includes:

• Attendance of the lectures
• LIVE Surgery Broadcast
• Final program in e-format
• Certificate of attendance in e-format, after completion of the on-line evaluation form

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Due to government measures to limit the spreading of the COVID-19, the maximum number of participants with physical presence allowed will be 120.

 Kindly also note that ONLY the participants who have valid vaccination certificate OR valid medical certificate (within the last six months) is allowed to be with physical presence.

To attend the Symposium, follow the below steps:

1. In the username field enter the email address used during your on-line registration
2. Then enter the password: ankle2021
3. Click the Enter the Event button
4. Then click the Live Streaming button
