INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS
A presentation reception desk will be in operation during the Conference. The room will be fully equipped for presentations via PC. Speakers are requested to deliver their presentation to the presentation reception desk at least one hour before the scheduled presentation time of their speech. All Participating Chairs - Speakers are requested to strictly adhere to the program times in order to ensure its smooth and orderly operation.
